Lisa is a professional contemporary dancer touring nationally and internationally.
She discovered yoga over 10 years ago, and has a keen interest in practising all different styles including ETHOS Elementals, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Hatha, Hot Flow, Mandala, Bikram and Yin.
She finds that yoga really complements her dance life, helping to cure and prevent aches and pains a dancer lives with and allows her to find stillness and peace in her busy schedule.
Expect to build up a sweat in Lisa's classes, detoxing the body and mind, and allowing the body to really open up. Get tips and advice to ease yourself into your practice and have a bit of fun!
