One of our fav cycling instructors, Jamie hails from the banks of Loch Lomond in Scotland. Playing rugby at national level in his teens showed him first-hand the importance of achieving top physical condition and his expertise in skiing and windsurfing ignited his passion for extreme outdoor sports. A Fitness Coach operating throughout London, Jamie, has honed his training methods with time spent in the British Army’s 4th Battalion Parachute Regiment, where he regularly went on exercise throughout the world and raced at the Army’s Infantry Ski Championship in the French Alps.
A keen triathlete and cyclist, Jamie, has tackled some of the toughest climbs in Europe including, Col du Tourmalet, Col de Canto, Col du Galibier to name a few. In addition, he competes regularly in Triathlons and has previously done the Iron Man Mallorca 70.3 and the Snowdonia Triathlon in Wales.
In his spare time, he’ll usually be found on the beach surfing or tackling some infamous mountain, cycling, hiking or chilling to the beats of Jack Johnson.
